Dale Benton, owner of Benton Nissan, began his automotive career at the age of 21 as a sales associate. Through hard work and determination, he advanced through multiple management roles and eventually purchased his first dealership in 2010. Today, he leads four Nissan locations with the same principles he started with: work hard, treat people right, and lead with honesty and respect. Dale has been married for over 30 years and has one son. His leadership philosophy centers on family, strong values, and responsibility to the communities he serves.
